Early years foundation stage (EYFS)

The changes to the early years foundation stage (EYFS) framework become law today - 1 September 2021. The Department for Education (DfE) says the changes will improve outcomes for all children, but particularly the language and literacy outcomes for disadvantaged children, and reduce teacher workload.

As the curriculum changes so will the Teach Active resources – and our Early Years lesson plans and Resources have been updated to the new EYFS framework and are now available from the dashboard.
